How to Order Flowers Online

Start from the beginning …

From “Order Online” in the navigation bar, you can shop by size, colour or select from our rose options.  From there, choose your colour option and the size of arrangement you would like.

CUSTOMIZING YOUR ORDER

STEP 1 - Select Your Base Price Point

For example, if they have picked “Modest Arrangement”, the options would be:

• $119 (no price change)
• + $10  Adds 1-2 blooms or additional greenery
• + $15  Adds 2-3 blooms and additional greenery
• + $20  Adds 3-4 blooms and additional greenery
• + $25  Adds 4-5 blooms and additional greenery

Your price options will vary based on your starting point (ie. small, medium or large size arrangements.)

STEP 2 - Type of Vase

Select from three options with regards to how you want your arrangement to arrive.

• Standard Glass Vase
• Decorative Vase
• Premium Vase

STEP 3 - Select How You Would Like Your Blooms Displayed

Design styles will directly affect the final look of your arrangement.  

How blooms are displayed plays a factor is how your budget is best used. For greatest impact, we suggest "front facing" as your option. This option ensures the most 'bang for buck' in terms of look.

If you prefer your arrangement to be 'visible from all sides', we highly encourage you to add blooms to your arrangement, to ensure it meets your expectations.

* Please keep in mind, seasonal availability may come into play and substitutions will likely be made, so it is unlikely you will get an exact replica of what is pictured.   That said, the colour, size and style will be as close as possible to what you see on the screen.    

STEP 4 – Message to Recipient

You can include a custom message to your recipient. Your message will be handwritten by one of our staff onto a small enclosure card, and included in the delivery envelope, along with care instructions for the flowers.

Please remember to sign your message, so your recipient knows it was you who sent these beautiful flowers!

Step 5 – Special Instructions for the Designer

In this area, please let us know if there is anything you want the designer to keep in mind when putting together your order.

STEP 6 – Check Out

For delivery, you will have to enter the postal code of the delivery address to ensure we offer service to that area.  From there, you will confirm the day you would like your order for.

The standard delivery rate of $16 will be applied to your total when you provide your delivery address.

REGARDING DELIVERY

You should be asked to confirm your date of delivery during the checkout process.   If this doesn't appear, please type it into your Special Instructions.    If a delivery day is missing, one of the staff will contact you to confirm details.  

Standard Toronto Delivery is $16 (added during checkout).

Our deliveries are picked up Monday – Saturday, at 11:30am by our delivery service.   They are generally delivered throughout the afternoon.

• Business Delivery: 1-5pm
• Residential Delivery: 1-7pm

If you are ordering more than 24 in advance and you would like your order to be delivered at a specific time, that option is available, at an additional cost.   Please put a note in your delivery instructions and we will send you a digital invoice for the fee (usually $7).

From there, you will follow the steps through the payment process to complete your order.
